Saazo — Shipping Policy (Pakistan Only)

Saazo currently ships within Pakistan only. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience delays or, in rare cases, may be unavailable for delivery — you will be notified if this applies to your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout.

5. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) available across Pakistan.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
You can track your order directly through the courier's website.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned, and for COD orders, may be subject to re-shipping charges.

8. Delays & Issues

In case of unexpected delays (weather, strikes, courier issues), we will keep you informed.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
