Saazo — Terms of Service

Welcome to Saazo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saazo website, social media pages, and any related online services (collectively, the "Platform"). By placing an order or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Saazo is an online clothing/fashion brand operating within Pakistan.
By using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using it under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive/exclusive of shipping charges as indicated at checkout.
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and photography lighting.
Saazo reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at its discretion.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; Saazo reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/Email/SMS once your order is received.
Saazo reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods including [insert: bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit card].
Full payment (or COD confirmation) is required before an order is processed.

5. Shipping

Saazo currently ships within Pakistan only.
Delivery timeframes and shipping charges are outlined in our [Shipping Policy].
Saazo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in our [Return & Exchange Policy].
Items must meet eligibility criteria (unused, tags intact, within the return window) to qualify.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including the Saazo name, logo, designs, and photography, is the property of Saazo and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. User Conduct

By using this Platform, you agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform's functionality
Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

9. Limitation of Liability

Saazo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Platform.
Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
